Korean Style Short Ribs

Ok, its time for another delicious dinner that cooks itself, so you have an extra hour or so to work on your latest scrapbooking project.

I have made these Korean style short ribs from What's Cookin' Chicago a couple of times now, and we all love them!  They are super easy to throw together in the morning, and they smell awesome as they cook all day. All you need to do us steam up some broccoli and rice right before you are ready to eat, and you have a complete dinner ready to go.

Pursonal Style

I have always liked shopping at small businesses. Now being one myself, I realize even more just how important it is. So when I come across an awesome small company, I want everyone else to know about it too!

I was looking for a new portable office (i.e. shoulder bag) and came across this little handmade beauty in an online shop called Pursonal Style...

Isn't it pretty? It was love at first sight.

I ordered it, and it shipped the very next day. When I got it and opened the box, this is what I found...

Yes, it was wrapped like a present! I was already excited to get the package, but that just made it 10 times better!

The bag is absolutely beautiful! The quality of work is outstanding and the stitching on it is perfect! I love that it has the little pocket in front, which is perfect for my phone and keys. There are also two pockets inside to hold smaller items, one of which closes with a button so it's more private and secure.

Snowflakes

There is nothing quite like sitting curled up in front of the window, with the snow falling outside. All cozy with a fire in the fireplace and a cup of hot chocolate... 

Oh wait... 

I live in San Diego. I've never sat at the window watching the snow! I have a really good imagination though, and I think it would be lovely. 

I do have a thing for snowflakes though, and this is one of my favorite layouts. Maybe I need to take a trip up to the mountains to take some pictures, and maybe get some of that hot chocolate!
