Unfortunately, I have been sick for the past week, so I have not been doing any scrapbooking, crafting... or really anything at all. I have on the other hand been mindlessly looking through hundreds of blog posts! (Ok, maybe that is a little bit of an exaggeration.) So, since I don't have any cute Valentine stuff of my own, I thought I would share some my favorites that I came across.

Ribbon Napkin Holder
This napkin holder from Dirt Cheap Decor is so simple, and yet so cute!!

I absolutely fell in love with this flower pillow at Craft Closet.

Valentine Cake Balls
I don't know about you, but I LOVE cake bites!
I found these absolutely gorgeous Valentine ones at Cake Journal.

And these lingerie cookies from How Does She are adorable!!!
I think my husband would definitely like getting these for Valentine's Day!

Wine Glass Charms

Martha Stewart definitely comes up with some good ideas! If you are having a party this holiday season, or even just having a few guests over, these simple charms are an inexpensive, but nice touch that will serve a practical purpose. Gather up your scrap paper, and use any of your craft punches to make these cute little name tags to help your guests keep track of their drink.

Framed Magnetic Board

I found this project at Craftynest last winter, and I have been waiting until it was finally fall to share it with you! I absolutely love this idea, and it looks extremely easy to complete. If you are like me and have a ton of scrapbook paper laying around, you could use that instead of the fabric. Then again if you are like me, you have a ton of fabric too!

Watering Can

Those of you who know me, know that I definitely do not have a green thumb! Maybe I would be inspired though if I had a cute watering can like this one I found over at Scraps N' Strings! This is actually a two part tutorial... the first is how to decorate the watering can, and the second is how to turn it into a flower pot!

Cupcake Toppers

I found the beautiful toppers you see above at a great blog called A Little Lovely. If you have a party or celebration coming up, this is a really easy, really cute way to personalize cupcakes for any occasion.

This would be great if your child is like mine, and they pick birthday party themes that are not available at the party store. You could print a themed picture for the center of the topper instead of words.

A Necklace for Mommy

This absolutely beautiful necklace was made by a very crafty mommy over at Not So Idle Hands. Now, I know that Mother's Day is over, but I want one of these for myself! She has an example with a colored picture, but I love the black and white one.

The tutorial, found here, is extremely easy! For someone (me!) who doesn't have a lot of time for extra projects, this is perfect!

Spring Blocks

You know it's going to be a good day when you come across a great new blog (well new to me), and you find an adorable, easy project like this. Inspiring Creations has a complete tutorial on how to make these bright and cheery Spring Blocks.

I actually have the perfect place already picked out for them, right next to my pretty flowers. I know it's completely off topic, but I have to tell you... I bought some beautiful pink gerberas at the grocery store three weeks ago, and they are still perfect! Actually, they are still drinking the water... who would have thought?

Anyways, back to the blocks... you could easily change these to match any holiday or season. I am not big on St. Patrick's Day, but no matter how big the holiday you could make a set to put out and always look a little festive.

Faux Tile Picture Frame

I am absolutely in love with this frame I found at Miss Fancy Pants!! I mean, what is there not to love?? This is such a great way to use scraps of your favorite papers. Mod Podged Books

I love the look of these books! The very creative and crafty ladies over at Drab to Fab came up with a great new way to display books for decorating. You can get the complete tutorial by visiting them here.

Sign of L-O-V-E

I found a new crafty blog today, (well, new to me) and I LOVE it! It's called Fun to Craft, and let me tell you she has a ton of great ideas! I see a lot of new projects in my future, including this one. This adorable love sign is made out of chipboard letters covered in scrapbook paper. I will definitely be making this one for my daughter's room! Go here for the tutorial.

Button-Heart Cuff Links

My sister-in-law has this really cute sweater with heart buttons on it. I always loved that little detail, so when I came across this cuff link tutorial on Martha Stewart I had to share it. I think I see a trip to the store to buy heart buttons in my very near future!
