Start with a strip of paper approximately 1 1/2" wide and 12" long (6" for the smaller roses).
Fold the strip roughly into thirds, and then squish the folds.

Starting at one end, start rolling around itself into a circle.
Use an adhesive dot to secure the end, and follow with some glue. (The adhesive dot will hold the end in place while the glue dries.)

Now, just make as many roses and leaves as you want, and place them on your page or card.
And voila!
Very cute and clever.
